Flat Iron Steak with Mashed Red Skin Potatoes, Grilled Vegetables & Balsamic Demi

Ingredients

  • 5oz Snake River Farms Flat Iron Steak
  • 1 cup Red Potato Pearls
  • 1 tablespoon Balsamic Syrup
  • 1oz Roasted Tomatoes
  • 2oz Zucchini (Sliced )
  • 1/3 Portabella Mushroom (Roasted)
  • 1oz Demi Glace
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and Pepper (to taste)

Directions

Step 1
Rub with oil and season Snake River Farms Flat Iron Steak. Grill to desired temperature and let rest for 5 minutes. Toss zucchini and portabella in olive oil, season with salt and pepper and grill till tender.
Step 2
Prepare mashed potatoes and demi glace according to recipes on packages.
Step 3
For plating place potatoes off center on plate garnish with grilled vegetables. Place Flat Iron on top of mashed potatoes. Sauce over Flat Iron Steak. Drizzle Balsamic Syrup over Flat Iron Steak and Garnish with roasted tomatoes.
