Greek Burger

  • 5oz ground beef
  • 1 Pita bread flat
  • 2oz Tzatziki
  • 3oz French Fries
  • 2 Pepperoncini
  • 1 teaspoon Feta (crumbled)
  • 1 tomato (sliced)
  • 1 tablespoon scallions (sliced)
  • 1 kalamata olives (quartered)
  • 1/2 teaspoon olive oil blend Arrezzio 75/25


Step 1
Grill the pita bread till marked and pliable. Season with kosher salt, and brush with olive oil.
Step 2
Grill burger on flat top with a little pepper supreme, place on top of pita bread. Garnish with feta cheese, tomatoes, green onion and a kalamata olive quartered.
Step 3
Serve with french fries and a side of sauce. Finish with the pepperoncini.
