Red Hot Bacon Blue Burger

  • 1 1/3lb Fresh Angus Patty
  • 1/2 teaspoon Montreal seasoning
  • 1 Sesame Bun
  • 1/2oz Point Reyes Blue Cheese, frozen
  • 1 teaspoon Frank’s Red Hot Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon All Yolk Mayonnaise
  • 1/2oz Lightly Salted Kettle Potato Chips
  • 2 Bacon Strips (cooked crispy)


Step 1
The chips give this burger an added crunch!
Step 2
Combine the Franks Red Hot and the mayonnaise to create the aioli.
Step 3
Toast the bun.
Step 4
Season the burger with Montreal steak seasoning and grill over high heat until it reaches an internal temperature of 155°F.
Step 5
Top with the bacon strips.
Step 6
Using a microplaner grate the cheese over the bacon to create a thin layer.
Step 7
Top with the Aioli and chips.
